We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and oversee daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
- Manage GST compliance, including GST return filing, reconciliation, and statutory reporting.
- Handle Income Tax-related work, tax computations, TDS compliance, and coordination with tax consultants.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and government regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B. Com/M. Com).
- Additional advance certifications in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Management.
- Expertise in GST and Income Tax compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, ERP, SAP, or similar systems.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.

- Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and interview performance.
