Mr. Jasminder Singh Grewal (Managing Director with additional charge as Director – Operations & Finance)
An Architect by profession, he earned his B Arch degree from the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in 1996. Armed with a passionate zeal coupled with hands-on field experience that included services as an Architect and as Civil Engineer, he founded Adroit with a view to achieve excellence in the industry. His keen sense of understanding of the scope of growth in the industrial sector became instrumental in steadily building Adroit from a fledgling startup to the brimming organization it is today.
Ms. Shamal Grewal (Director – HR/Administration/IT)
An IT professional, she earned her specialization in Systems Management in the year 1994 from the National Institute of Information Technology. She has experience in the industrial sector that includes services rendered in the fields of IT, administration and as advisor for organizational growth and business development.
