As a Billing and Planning Engineer, you play a crucial role in the successful execution and financial management of construction, infrastructure, industrial, and EPC projects. You are responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, billing, quantity verification and cost control to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Your responsibilities include preparing baseline schedules, tracking daily and monthly progress, coordinating manpower and material resources, preparing client and subcontractor bills, verifying executed work quantities, maintaining BOQs, and generating detailed progress and cost reports. You also identify project delays, support claim and variation management, ensure compliance with contract terms and coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients and site teams for smooth project execution. By using industry-standard tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel, you help improve project efficiency, financial accuracy and overall operational performance.
