1. Assist in posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining
candidate records.
2. Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and
ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
3. Maintain and update employee records in the HR database. Ensure that all employee data is
accurate and confidential. (i.e. Employee Master)
4. Assist with timekeeping processing, ensuring accuracy in employee’s Woking hours, benefits
& deductions. (enroll new employee in MATRIX Software)
5. To complete all Stautory requirements, such as PF and ESIC (uploading on-site and creating
the challan).
6. Help ensure the organization complies with labour laws and regulations by maintaining and
organizing necessary documentation. (i.e. Checking Site wise compliance Docs-Prepare Form
A,B,C,D)
7. Supporting for making HR policies, benefits, and other workplace matters.
8. Maintain reports for Uniform and I’d Cards also.
9. Assist in getting vehicle policies as well as employees group medical policy.
10. Provide general administrative support, including scheduling Staff meetings, preparing
reports, and assisting in various HR projects as needed.
