Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and tracking of upcoming projects
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Maintain consistent follow-up on inquiries and project leads
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with internal teams and customers
- Liaise effectively with clients during project delivery and execution phases
- Collaborate with the execution team to ensure customer expectations are met
- Track and manage change orders, amendments, and ensure accurate documentation
- Oversee project completion, handover process, and obtain client feedback
- Maintain complete project documentation including work orders, change logs, and closing reports
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing within a Construction or EPC firm
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of the Civil Construction industry
- Pleasing personality and professional demeanor
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with both clients and internal teams
