As a Site In-Charge, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring that all construction activities are executed safely, efficiently and according to project specifications and timelines. You coordinate with engineers, contractors, supervisors and workers to manage manpower, materials, equipment and site progress effectively. Your role includes monitoring work quality, maintaining safety standards, preparing daily progress reports, resolving on-site issues and ensuring compliance with project drawings and contractual requirements. You also supervise material usage, support project planning and execution and maintain smooth communication between the site team, clients and management. By using tools such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel, you help ensure timely project completion, operational efficiency and high-quality construction standards.
